Volunteers are a valuable asset to the success of the Flint Art Fair! There are 2 and 3-hour shifts in seven different areas of the event on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. These areas include:

 

 

Friday, June 7, 2024:

           • Artist set-up and Artist check-in (traffic control and helping with wayfinding) *extensive walking

Saturday, June 8, 2024:

           • Hospitality  - Provides relief to artists (assist with distributing water and covering artist booth breaks) *walking, sitting

           • Gates – Admissions *handle $                                                            

                            

Sunday, June 9, 2024

           • Hospitality  - Provides relief to artists (assist with distributing water and covering artist booth breaks) *walking, sitting

           • Gates – Admissions *handle $                                                            

           • Take Down (Sunday Only) – Assist with clean up, break down tables, etc *walking, lifting, pulling/pushing

(Since you cannot be in two places at once please the time slots in each area do not overlap if you choose more than one area).
