ARTIST INFORMATION

The 41st Flint Art Fair is presented by the Friends of Modern Art (FOMA), a fundraising auxiliary of the Flint Institute of Arts. Proceeds from the Art Fair help FOMA sponsor events such as the FOMA Film Series, exhibitions and the purchase of some wonderful examples of contemporary artwork for the Institute of Arts.

Hospitality is a number one priority of the Flint Art Fair. Volunteers work year-round to create a pleasant environment for our artists to exhibit their work. We are always striving to improve to make our Fair an exceptional experience for both the artist and the public.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES

• Artists are able to unload adjacent to their booths during set up/tear down.
• Booths have behind the booth storage.
• Private security on site 24 hours and police patrols each night.
• Hospitality booth to service the needs of artists.
• Saturday night awards dinner (one complimentary ticket is provided with booth fee)

AWARDS $3500.00 WILL BE AWARDED TO TWELVE OUTSTANDING ARTISTS

ENTRY FEE A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee is required per entry. This may be paid online through paypal. If mailing your check make it payable to:

BOOTH FEES AND SIZE Booth Fee will be $185.00. All booth spaces measure approximately
11’ x 11’. We will have storage room behind each space.

One of the ways we are improving is to offer you the opportunity to register, upload pictures and pay fees online. For those of you who are unable to do this on the computer you will still be able to register and pay through the mail. We expect this change will streamline our exhibition process and make it more convenient for both artists and volunteers.
